Adya Hospice & Palliative Care is a compassionate healthcare provider dedicated to supporting patients living with serious, progressive, and life-limiting illnesses. Inspired by the meaning of “Adya”—protection, help, and a good beginning—we strive to bring comfort, guidance, and hope to every patient and family we serve.

Our community-based complex illness management program focuses on individuals who are not yet ready for hospice but need specialized care to manage symptoms, reduce suffering, and improve quality of life. Through a dedicated team of doctors, nurses, hospice aides, social workers, spiritual care coordinators, activity specialists, and volunteers, we provide holistic care that honors each person’s physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. At Adya, we walk alongside patients and families with compassion and dignity, helping them create meaningful moments and peace throughout their journey.
